This branch is excellent! Mo, Jamil, and Jasmin are the best. They are always available to help, communicate very effectively regarding anything needed on the accounts as well as go above and beyond to be sure I am delighted.

I have been using Freedom Bank's Ridgewood branch for years now and considering the amount of business that I do with the numerous accounts that I hold, Jamil, Mo, and Jasmine do an impeccable job of providing stellar service every time. The whole team is there to help! I make manual deposits quite often and also have them do other banking services and they’re friendly, competent, and given the ability to help. Jamil, Jasmine and Monang always go above and beyond to make sure my banking with Freedom Bank is easy and hassle-free. This is consistent with how I’ve always been treated by everyone at the Ridgewood branch on Route 17, they are everything a bank should be.

They are professional, kind, and local. Everyone there is so welcoming and they really make you feel like an important person. You just don’t get that kind of personal touch when banking with large national banks. I appreciate all the staff and look forward to many years banking with Freedom Bank.

Ive been banking with Freedom Bank pretty much since they have been open with the first branch in Maywood. I took all of my business and personal banking out of the "big boys." because of ZERO customer service and huge fees every month.

Freedom Bank not only has ULTIMATE Customer experience and service but they actually picked up my deposits at my office when I couldn't get to Maywood. Ridgewood is a little closer and I make it point to visit as often as possible for deposits or any other banking need. The people are AWESOME! I can also access any member of the bank if need be. They believe in relationship building, not just apps or text/email.

During this world event we are in, they actually called and asked how everyone was doing at the office and personally.
FREEDOM BANK IS THE BEST community bank of any bank I have ever trusted my money to. If you are a small-medium business, I recommend having a conversation with their CFO and definitely consider using them.
